Who we are
This booking page is run by Halfpenny Software (Liffey Metals Limited, CRO 829257, 6 Fern Road, Sandyford Business Park, Dublin 18) for the business named at the top of the page. The business is the data controller for your booking. We process the data on its behalf.
What we collect
Your name, email address and phone number, the appointment you book and any note you add. We also keep a short record of the emails we send you about the booking, and a temporary, hashed record of your connection address to stop automated abuse of the form.
What it is used for
To hold your appointment, to send you a confirmation and a reminder, to let you change or cancel it, and to tell the business who is coming in. Nothing is used for marketing and nothing is sold or shared with anyone else.
Where it is kept
In a database hosted in the European Union. Emails are sent through Resend. Both are bound by data processing agreements. Booking records are kept while the business uses the system and for a reasonable period afterwards for its own records.
Your rights
You can ask the business to show you, correct or delete what it holds about you. The link in your confirmation email lets you change or cancel the booking yourself. For anything else, contact the business directly or email us at andrew@halfpenny.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission.
